Inner City Youth and Family Services Inc. mission is to inspire youth, adults, and families by providing care, promise, hope, and commitment through various programs to help strengthen our community.

Our Team
Yolanda Phillips
Founder/Executive DirectorYolanda Phillips is the founder and executive director of Inner City Youth and Family Inc. Yolanda Phillips was born and raised in Far Rockaway Queens, New York. Yolanda attended Touro College where she graduated obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Social Science. She then went on to Persue her Masters of Science in Education at CUNY Brooklyn College.
Yolanda founded Inner City Youth and Family Services Inc. in 2011 to mentor at risk youth. As her organization continues to grow, Yolanda remains dedicated an committed to her purpose which has always been to help strengthen her community.
Willie C. Beverly
Chief Program OfficerWillie C. Beverly is the Chief Program Officer of Inner City Youth and Family Services Inc. He grew up in Far Rockaway Queens. Willie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle. He obtained his Masters degree in General and Special Education K-6 from Touro University. Willie currently teaches in District 75. He dedicates most of his weekends coaching football and lacrosse for High School students. Willie develops programs with deliverables to give the best practices and services possible.
